Ingredients

200g butter
- 170g brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 dl flour
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic sea buckthorn powder

(or 2 tbsp Natural Nordic ORGANIC sea buckthorn powder)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175℃ and prep the cake mold.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one by one to the batter and mix well.
- Add combined baking powder, flour, and vanilla sugar.
- Separate half the batter; mix sea buckthorn powder into it.
- Layer batters in mold, with sea buckthorn in the center.
- Bake on the center rack of the oven for 1 hour.
- Cool for 20 minutes, then invert onto the wire rack to cool completely.
