Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp Natural Nordic bilberry powder

(or 1-2 tsp Natural Nordic ORGANIC bilberry powder)
- 2 dl whip cream
- 0.5 dl water
- 100 g cream cheese
- 25g confectionery rum
- 50g dark chocolate
- 70g raisins
- 12g sugar
Directions
- Soak raisins in confectionery rum and water overnight and let them soften.
- Chop the drained raisins and dark chocolate into small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients except whipped cream and sugar.
- Whip the cream with sugar.
- Add whipped cream to the mixture
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle a pinch of Natural Nordic bilberry powder on top for decoration.
