Ingredients

ready-made flatbread for crust, you can also make your own flatbread

- red cabbage

- balsamic vinegar
- cheddar cheese
- pesto-gouda cheese

Directions
Use ready-made flatbread as the pizza crust.
Soak dried mushrooms for about 20 minutes.
Make sure to prepare (cut and collect) all the ingredients before you start to top your pizza bites.
Spread crème fraîche on the crust.
Sprinkle Natural Nordic herb powder of your choice on top of the crème fraîche layer.
Top the pizza bites with any ingredients that you like.
Recipe Note
We used soaked Natural Nordic horn of plenty and porcini mushrooms, spinach spiced with Natural Nordic nettle powder, red cabbage marinated in balsamic vinegar, peas, corn, and a combination of grated cheddar and pesto-gouda cheese.
Feel free to use the cheese of your choice and any vegetables, seasonal or leftovers, to create wonderful new flavor combinations.
