Ingredients
- 250g wholewheat flour
- 2.5 dl water
- 1.1 dl olive oil
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 2 tsp salt
- nutmeg
- 1 kg onions (peeled and cut into rings)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl boiling water
- strands of saffron (soaked)
- 1 tbsp honey or cane sugar
- salt
- ground black pepper
- Natural Nordic horn of plenty powder
- Natural Nordic Wild Power powder
- black olives

Directions
- Prepare the filling by heating the olive oil over medium heat in a sauté pan or skillet.
- Add the onion rings and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the soaked strands of saffron together with the water.
- Season with sugar, salt, pepper, and mushroom powder.
- Remove from the heat when the mixture is still humid.
- Preheat the oven to 250℃.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir with a wooden fork until well combined.
- Form a dough ball, cover it, and leave it in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Do not knead it.
- Roll out the dough and transfer it to a well-greased and well-floured baking tray. With a fork, dock the crust.
- Sprinkle the crust with Wild Power powder, and then top it with the filling and olives.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve cut pieces with side salad.
