Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Natural Nordic blackcurrant powder
- 1 dl coconut cream
- 1 dl natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Optional toppings: nuts, dark chocolate, fruits, berries
Directions
In a bowl, mix the cocoa powder and blackcurrant powder until evenly combined.
- Add the coconut cream, yogurt, and chia seeds to the powder mixture. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 5 hours.
- After chilling, blend the mixture with a blender until smooth.
- Divide the pudding into serving bowls.
- Refrigerate the portions for an additional hour.
- Before serving, garnish with your choice of nuts, dark chocolate, fruits, or berries.
